What is a "monthly active contact"?

A monthly active contact is any unique contact you send or receive a message from during a billing cycle. Contacts that are in your database but have no conversations during the month do not count toward your limit.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens if I exceed my contact limit?

If you approach your monthly active contact limit, we will notify you. You can upgrade your plan to increase the limit or wait until the next billing cycle when the counter resets. We will never cut off your conversations mid-cycle.

Do I need separate subscriptions for each channel?

No. All plans include access to every channel: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Email, SMS, and Voice. There are no per-channel fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as direct bank transfers for annual Enterprise plans. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
